The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board, has hinted that it will not consider for admission all candidates who did not upload their upload their results to the Board’s portal.

This disclosure was made by the Registrar of JAMB, Prof. Ishaq Oloyede during the 20th policy meeting of the board held virtually on Tuesday.

Candidates who applied with awaiting results were advised to ensure that they upload their results before the start of the 2020/2021 admission process.

Oloyede in his speech stated that only 1,157,977 candidates had the required five credits with English Language and Mathematics that sat for the UTME held in 2019. He said, “Out of 1,157,977 candidates who sat for UTME in 2019, about 612,557 were admitted.” According to him, candidates waiting for their results would only be considered when they are uploaded on the website of JAMB.
